Escrow Service

• fill out a form on RU-CENTER'S web-server and get a contract number. If the Partner already has a contract with RU-CENTER, he will not need a new form. Contract.

• inform the Buyer (about correct issue of the documents for domain transaction):

  • Contract number /form (NIC-D) in RU-CENTER database;
  • For a legal entity: full company's name;
  • For an individual or sole trader: name, surname, passport data (series, number, date of issue and issue authority).

• in a contract with RU-CENTER register a registrant-type contact person (whois-contact) in case of an escrow of .NET, .COM, .ORG, .BIZ or .INFO domain.

• pay for the domain name against the invoice issued by RU-CENTER before the expiry date of the Domain Purchase Power of Attorney granted by the Buyer. Payment date will be specified in the invoice.
